I asked Mark Nestmann (via Sovereign Soc.) that question a year ago before a trip to the islands. An attorney they work with there in regards to second passports was Larkland Richards, c/o The Sands Complex, Bay Rd., Basseterre (869 465-3696) if that is any help at all.
Nestmann would likely have more specific info re:brokers I am sure. His email assetpro@nestmann.com (602 604-1524)

We bought a home and moved to Nevis in 1996 thinking we needed a local stock broker. In summary we concluded we did not, and choose to structure differently.

Nevis is an Island of 36 square miles and at the time 9,000 inhabitants. They had a number of “financial service providers” but for the most part these were limited to acting as local agents for Nevis offshore companies and trusts.

We have seen no reason to review our original decission and thus have no up to date information. Some of the service providers are now offshoots of a Cook Island company and an Isle of Man company but that would not change our minds.

Perhaps your first question might be do you really need an account there, why, and what are the alternatives?

We are going back to Nevis this Sunday for a week. We will be busy, but if you have a specific question we may be able to check it out,

    Regards,

We are using Henley Global for our St. Kitts/Nevis citizenship process. We’ve heard that they’re the most connected and have the best connections for making the citizenship process go smoothly. They also have Henley Estates and they commit to rent out your property if you choose the property investment option. We’ve been in touch with Mr. Ralph Dahinden out of the Zurich Office and his assistant Ms. Maya Herzog.
